Zoe Souder (They/Them)

Youth Advocacy Coordinator

Zoe joined the Youth Development Program as the Youth Advocacy Coordinator in February 2024. 

Zoe earned their Bachelor of Science degree in political science with a concentration in public policy and a minor in nonprofit management from Virginia Commonwealth University. Since graduating in 2018, Zoe has obtained two legal degrees from Vermont Law and Graduate School and spent a substantial amount of time engaging youth populations in advocacy work. Zoe has worked at several nonprofits and legal clinics where they managed campaign work, grassroots coordinating, educational workshops, coalition building, legislative advocacy, and policy development. 

Zoe is passionate about youth advocacy, sustainability, and disability justice. They spend their free time wandering in the woods around their cabin in New Hampshire, reading fantasy novels, and snuggling their two cats
